
Dr. Zampiello earned her doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine and a Master’s in Acupuncture from Bastyr University. She continued her education in Acupuncture while attending the Shanghai University International School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China and studied under Dr. Pei in the treatment and management of neurological disorders as well as Chinese medicinal massage.
She believes that all physical and emotional symptoms are the bodies’ way of communicating that it is out of balance. She values the uniqueness of each individual and their health history, which, when thoroughly unraveled, will lead both doctor and patient to a clearer understanding of the underlying cause of disease. Dr. Zampiello employs conventional, natural, and Eastern philosophies, tailored to your individual needs in order to offer you the most effective medicine possible.
She believes that the key to health is to empower patients through education and therefore dedicates much of her energy to ensuring that people reach a clearer understanding of why they are experiencing symptoms and what the necessary steps are to bring the body back into balance. Her goal is for you to leave her office inspired and motivated about your role in your health and clear about the next step in the process.
Her therapeutic approach involves he integration of conventional, western and natural treatments including herbal medicine, acupuncture, nutritional supplements, hormone balancing, diet and lifestyle counseling, mineral/vitamin injection therapy into a unique blend which most effectively suits every individual patient. She holds additional certifications in Craniosacral Therapy and Neural Therapy.
Dr. Zampiello has been an avid rock climber for a number of years which has lead her to explore, travel and climb in a variety of different destinations all over the world. When not practicing medicine she also enjoys practicing Vinyasa flow yoga, biking, running, and backcountry skiing in the Cascade Mountains.
