Dr. Karlie Steiner-Bailey


Dr. Karlie was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. She escaped the cold to pursue her studies at the University of Idaho, where she studied exercise and sport science and played collegiate volleyball. Dr. Karlie went on to receive her Doctorate of Chiropractic, as well as a Master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Western States in Portland, OR.

Dr. Karlie is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP®) and is also an active committee member of the American Chiropractic Association Sports Council. She has provided medical care at many sporting events, including serving as the head medical director for the Seaside Beach Volleyball tournament in 2011; the largest beach volleyball tournament in the world!

Dr. Karlie is a full-body certified Active Release Technique (ART®) practitioner, utilizes kinesiotaping techniques, and is also Graston certified. Dr. Karlie is continually striving to learn and excel in all areas of practice to ensure the best possible care for her patients.

Dr. Karlie enjoys working with athletes of all sports, those with an active lifestyle, as well as patients simply looking to improve their health. Dr. Karlie combines all of her education and experiences to fully evaluate each patient and aid in returning them to proper biomechanical function and assist with performance enhancement.

Dr. Karlie combines her love of athletics not only in the chiropractic office, but also on the volleyball court, as a coach for both indoor and beach players. In her free time she enjoys watching football and is an avid snowboarder, runner, and beach volleyball player.
